From Cuba's elite sports academies to international competitions and now Naples, Florida — a journey dedicated to developing wrestling champions
My wrestling journey began at age nine in Las Tunas, Cuba, where I quickly developed a passion for the sport that would shape my entire life. As a youth athlete, I earned multiple state and national medals, competing at the highest levels and understanding firsthand what it takes to become a champion.
This early competitive experience gave me invaluable insights into the mental and physical demands of wrestling excellence. But I soon realized my true calling was helping others achieve their potential.
After earning my Master's Degree in Sport Science, I transitioned to coaching at Cuba's prestigious High-Performance Sporting School, where I trained youth and junior athletes with the same intensity and precision that made me successful as a competitor.

Championship-level success requires a holistic approach to training and development
Mastery comes from understanding the details. I focus on perfecting technique, leverage, timing, and positioning — the fundamentals that separate good wrestlers from champions.
Wrestling is as much mental as physical. I teach competition psychology, strategic thinking, and the mental resilience needed to perform under pressure.
Strength, endurance, mobility, and injury prevention are essential. I design conditioning programs that build championship-level athleticism.
Training in a group environment builds camaraderie, competition, and teamwork. Structured programs are designed to help wrestlers develop their skills together.
"Wrestling taught me discipline, resilience, and the value of hard work. Now, my mission is to pass those lessons on to the next generation of champions — not just teaching techniques, but building character and confidence that lasts a lifetime."
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced competitor, I'm here to help you reach your full potential
